- How do I find an In-Network doctor?
A: For MyShare members, you can go see just about anyone you want since your healthcare advocacy will negotiate with almost any provider. Call in advance to make sure. 800-229-7443.
For Atlas members follow the instructions in this video to search for In-Network providers in your area.
- When does coverage start?
A: For Individuals: Plans begin on the 1st of the month, provided you've completed your enrollment by the 25th of the prior month.
For businesses/groups: Plans begin on the 1st of the month, provided all employees have made their plan selctions by the 20th of the prior month.
- When is the deadline to apply / enroll?
A: You can enroll at any time throughout the year. For individuals: If you enroll by the 25th of the month we're in, you can choose to have your plan start on the 1st of next month! For Groups: Register your group and have all employees' plans selected and enrolled by the 20th of the month. We will assist you in the onboarding process.
- Do I need to fill out a health questionnaire?
A: No, the online enrollment form is all you will need. Be ready with things like, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, bank account info, etc.
- How long is the application?
A: Not long! It shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes.
- Are Pre-Existing conditions covered?
A: Yes on the Atlas plans. Not for the first 12 months on the MyShare plan. If you're looking into the MyShare plan, pay special attention to page 13 of the brochure. If you're an individual and you're interested in the Atlas plan, please schedule a call to discuss options.
- When will my monthly premium draft occur?
A: If you're using a credit or debit card for your monthly premiums, the charge will occur on the 25th of the month. If you are using a bank account, the ACH draft will occur on the 27th of the month, bank holidays and weekends notwithstanding. Payment occurs in the month prior to the month of coverage.
-Do I need to renew once a year?
A: No. Your coverage will auto-renew until you cancel.
- Will I get cards in the mail?
A: If you're on an Atlas plan, you will get cards in the mail. Look for a plain envelope from "Tall Tree Health Administrators." If you're on MyShare, Essential Primary Care, 24HR Virtual Care, Valuscript, or any of our supplemental plans, you will have digital ID cards only. You can always print them out at your convenience.
- I am having trouble with the member portal, what do I do?
A: Contact Member Services by email at "[email protected]."
- I have questions about benefits / claims / providers / billing?
A: Contact the phone number on the back of your ID card.
- I'm on Medicare, will one of your plans work for me?
A: Yes, any of the plans on our 65+ page will work for you!
